Our publications are delivered on CD ROM, and via download in our members area.
We will return the purchase price of this publication to the original purchaser, less shipping and handling and fees, if any, for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to qualify for our 30 day return policy, The CD ROM, any associated booklets, paperwork, jewel cases, or anything that was originally shipped to the purchaser must be returned to us to qualify for a return. All returned products, including the CD ROM must be in like new, resellable condition. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and we will not return more than the purchase price.
We only ask that you allow us to attempt to remedy any problems you may be having with the publication.
To request a return, simply use our online ticketing system at our support page specifically requesting a return, we will issue you an RMA number:
Next download, print and fill out the RMA Request form and fill it out completely. Include this with your returned CD, information booklet, and jewel case and mail it back to the address listed on the request form.
Please note that the return Period, 30 days, begins upon date of purchase, not when you receive the publication, so, please be sure to use, and evaluate the publication as soon as you receive it.
If for some reason, you do not receive the publication within 7 business days, then please submit a support ticket at our support page. Please provide your full name, and your order number so we may locate your package.
DEFECTIVE MEDIA POLICY
We will, at our option, exchange defective media (CD ROMs), free of charge, within 14 days of purchase.
If you inform us of a defective media, via our support ticket system or by written mail within 14 the days, at our option we will either send a replacement, or we will ask you to send us the defective media, and then we will send a replacement. Return shipping of defective CD ROMs is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In no case will we replace defective media without prior communication, and arrangements with you.
